New Beginning HCSP is a Medicaid Waiver Program Provider based in Harlingen, Texas that supplies services and support to Texans with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our doors have been open to the community since May 2019, and we hope to continue serving our fellow Texans for years to come.

New Beginning HCSP LLC. is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our amazing team! As an employee in a supervised living position, you will work with clients with intellectual disabilities in a home provided by the agency and perform household duties such as cooking, cleaning, assisting clients with activities and every-day tasks as needed. This is an overnight position requiring staff to stay full shift with assigned clients in Group Home provided by the agency. Staff will be provided with a designated space for sleeping.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to:)
- Direct care for a group of clients with intellectual disabilities
- Cleaning
- Cooking
- Laundry
- Provider services
- Medication passes
- Documentation Signing
- Assisting with toileting/bathing (if required)
- Engaging with clients
- Driving

What We Do
The Texas HCS and TxHML Program is a Medicaid waiver program that supplies services and support to Texans with an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) who are living in the community setting, whether that's with their families or a designated provider, on their own, or in one of our group homes with similar individuals. Services we offer include Individualized Skills and Socialization (Day Center), Dental Treatment, Foster Care, Supervised Living, Speech and Language Pathology, Behavioral Support, PasHab, and many more!
