New Beginning HCSP LLC is a privately owned Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TcHML) Provider operating out of Harlingen, Texas and our new location in Pharr, Texas! We are fully committed to providing high quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. Our mission is to ensure each individual we serve receives the assistance they need to successfully reside and engage in their community.

The Texas HCS and TxHML Program is a Medicaid waiver program that supplies services and support to Texans with an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) who are living in the community setting, whether that's with their families or a designated provider, on their own, or in one of our group homes with similar individuals. Services we offer include Individualized Skills and Socialization (Day Center), Dental Treatment, Foster Care, Supervised Living, Speech and Language Pathology, Behavioral Support, PasHab, and many more!
